We know who to contact to help with all your riding needs, where to stay and by contacting us we will get your groups the best rates, and we will help you find out where to shop and most important where to ride. Monore county is the ride you have been dreaming of. With it's small home town feel and small quaint little shops and home cooked food in many of are local restaurant's. Tellico Plains still has a old style brick oven Bakery. We have local weather and maps and routes with different skill levels and even local gas prices. Be sure to check out the interesting stories from all around Monroe County.

There are several special considerations associated with the Cherohala Skyway. For example, there are no services available on the Cherohala Skyway (for 51 miles). However, there are services available at either end of the Skyway in Tellico Plains and Robbinsville, NC. The design of the two-lane facility, integrated with wide shoulders and low speeds, helps to accommodate safe travel by all, especially motorcycle enthusiasts and hikers.
All Skyway visitors, motorized and non-motorized, should be aware that there are some grades as steep as 9 percent. Always use caution on the Skyway, but take particular care during winter storms. Roads may close during heavy snows. The views from the mountains are breathtaking and the river is always a sight to see. Be sure to visit Bald River falls and take some great pictures. You will see several signs to help you on your way around Monroe County and the Skyway area as well.
